You explicitly consent that Dynamite Studio may use the personal data you have provided in the order solely for the purpose of production and delivery of your printed item. Your email address may be added to our newsletter mailing list (opt out available) but all other data is deleted from our server and local machines upon the completion of your order. Our obligations under this agreement include but are not limited to the disclosure of your personal data to the companies and organisations engaged to supply and deliver the order to you including without limitation printers of the products, Royal Mail, relevant couriers and other postal authorities, any other person and/or organisation engaged by us to fulfil your order and all other relevant authorities who are entitled to or to whom we owe a legal obligation to the disclosure of your personal data. You acknowledge that after having been advised of the purposes and circumstances under which your personal data may be used, processed and disclosed to other parties as detailed in these terms and conditions and on the web site you explicitly consent to the disclosure and the transfer of your personal data as described.
Shopping With Us
This site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to third-party couriers).
We are not obligated to fulfil your order and supply your goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form your order.
We reserve the right to reject your order at any time.
The specifications, sizes, images, descriptive content and advertising published by us or contained on our site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings, over which we have no control.
All pricing is subject to change without notification. Any such changes will be effective immediately on publication to the site.
Pricing
All prices are the responsibility of us. We reserve the right to change them at any time.
Any offers or promotions are run at our discretion and are valid until the date shown or until we decide to cancel them. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers or promotions at any time.
Delivery
It is our aim to dispatch all orders received before 5pm on Mondays to Fridays within 24 hours of receiving the order. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime or change it in anyway we require without prior notice.
Any changes take effect immediately on publication to this site.
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not included as working days.
Exact delivery dates and times are not provided. Deliveries are dispatched using a 3rd party courier.
We currently use Royal Mail as our courier and reserve the right to change this without prior notice.
Delivery dates and times are for the mainland UK. Offshore deliveries are subject to long shipping times.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions of our couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions.
Refunds, Cancellations & Returns
Due to the subjective nature of the products we produce, we reserve the right to offer a refund for 'unsatisfactory' goods at our discretion.
All prints are checked stringently for quality issues, if we feel the quality is not to our standards we will contact you using the details you supply upon upload of your file.
Should you not be satisfied with your order, you must return the goods to our office at your own cost, after which a refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt.
Once your payment is received, your order will be produced and dispatched. If you decide to cancel your order, we will charge only the costs to the point of receipt of cancellation. So if it has not yet been produced, we will refund all the invoice value less £10 administration fees. If it has been printed but not dispatched, we will refund only the invoiced delivery costs to you. If it has been dispatched, no refund will be due as you will be receiving the goods.
Copyright
By your use of the Site and agreement to the Terms, you agree that you are the copyright owner, or that you have express written permission from the copyright owner, for any images you supply to us. We reserve the right to refuse any images that we are unable to reprint for legal reasons.
We reserve the right to use any images you supply to us or for promotional purposes. We will not use any images you supply for resale.
